He is on the Nook plan and a very nice setup too.

My tanks have been empty going on 4 years now....he is no where near my status :D Just a poser!

hey salty if he gets water in there by june like he says everyone will probally fly out to see the setup.

I bought two very large tanks for the basement and had to build an equipment room around them which was no small feat. I also had to buy a lot of equipment to put the system together on a small budget. In hindsight, I overkilled quite a bit:D

Along the way, I decided the basement needed to be re-done because it looked pretty outdated. Capncapo and Lost Marbles have been very instrumental in helping me get things done.

I really only have a few projects left before I can start plumbing the tanks and thinking of buying liverock. I am hoping by fall of this year to be in a position to start buying rock and getting the nuts and bolts of the system hammered out.

If you've got that much time and a small budget, why not make the rock yourself?

Definitely a nice setup .... but I think Nooks will give it a run for its money.

I'm thinking of building a small squatters shack in his basement just to claim viewing rights. :D
