Hello Oralando Reefers and surrounding area Reefers.... I recently started posting in the Orlando forum, and decided it was time for me to share some pics of my set-up. I have met some really cool people on the Tampa forum, but after my move from Tampa to Lakeland, I wanted to also post on the Orlando forum. I am still rather new to the Orlando forum but so far everyone has been a real class act. Thank you for taking the time to check out my pics.....

Nice pictures.
Will you be attending the ORCA meeting this weekend??

Thanks, I could only wish..... I will be a slave to my job this weekend, as well as every other weekend.....LOL.... I will try and make any meetings throughout the week, it's my best chance.

well the meetings are always on saturdays, maybe you could request one saturday off a month?

Looking Good BTW

Thanks sytanek,
Yea, I do get an occasional sat. off, culinary manager for a rest. here in Lakeland, usually working the busy days.... What time do your meetings begin?

Ok,
I do open on certain saturdays, so I will try and make a meeting next month, as my schedule is already out for the month.....

how do you like the BB compared to a sandbed?
I am really glad I made the decision to go bb. I upped my skimmer to the PM Bullet 1, upped my flow to 5600gph, added more fish, and increased the feedings. I really do not miss the look of the sand, especially when it starts to get dirty. I have noticed alot less nuissance algae in the tank as well. It's what works for me and my style of reefing. DSB, SSB, and BB, all different ways of achieving the same desired goals. I don't knock anyones style, and always keep myself as open as possible to new and innovative ways of reef keeping.....Thanks for looking...

Tank looks good!

Sorry about your move to Lameland...lol j/k I grew up there and that is what we called it as a kid but it has actually grown up quite nicely over the years. I wish I could say the same about myself.
