Was this a good deal?

I just bought a used Eshopps Cone protein skimmer model S-200 for $180 from a local reefer. It has been only used about 7 months. Was this a good price to pay for a used one? I will be putting this on my 90 gal with 30 gal sump so I am assuming this skimmer would work pretty good since it is rated up to 300 gal. More is better, right? I am new to larger tanks so any help would be appreciated. I have a biocube 29 that has been running for 5 months now but I don't use a skimmer on it.

Seeing how they're selling for around $600 right now, I would say yes, you got an amazing deal. I would say a rating of 300g is a little optimistic from the manufacturer, I would say more around 200g, so it should work well with your set up.
