SOmething has been bothering one of my digitatas and I saw this guy in there so I pulled him out, I hope he was the problem because only one of my corals has been retracting some of its polyps a green digitata.

well on that site it says that snail is reef safe...so guessing it's not the 1 harming your digitata

Looks like a stomatella to me too and they are very good to have IME. I have 2 and wish I could add more. The shell is a bit darker than mine but everything else looks the same. How many digis are you have trouble with and are the receding (top dow/bottom up) or are there patches of polyps missing?

Looks a bit dark to be a stomatella. If you were to look at it from directly above, does it have a white line running the length of it? Black Keyhole limpets are also reefsafe.

The presence of the this critter may be coincidental. There is a small nudibranch that eats nothing but montipora species. Really tough to see with the naked eye.

Would it be patchy? And one monti at a time? It seems to be the undersides of branches so it may just be shade?

Definitely stomatella. They come in many colors. Chances are, if you found one, there are probably more in the tank. They are fantastic nocturnal grazers.
