Watching Hockey Tonight

Just saw a photographer behind the glass with his long Canon lens sticking out a hole in the glass. The puck was shot and hit the lens and it exploded out on to the ice. Sure hope it was a company lens.

If he's a pro photographer I'm sure that it's insured even if it's not a company lens.

Yeah I love to watch that happen but would hate it to happen when im on the ice.

geesh, hope the guy wasnt hurt... i'd imagine having your face behind the lens and having that kind of impact would leave some marks... like nonac stamped on your forehead.

He was on the side boards. He's still there but using a shorter lens now. We were trying to see if he had a bruise or cut, but from what we could see, he's fine.

Probably needs to change his shorts though!!!!!

hes probably fine if it didnt hit him from the front of the lens unless it ripped the body out of his hands and dislocated his finger.

I think I can narrow down his mentality, hes either really happy he got the shots of a lifetime or really mad he missed the opportunity
