Watchman Goby - HELP NEED ID

My yellow watchman goby has this mark on the side of his body... can someone help me identify?? I've had him for two years... Don't know what this is at first it was a smaller white mark and it is now larger and has some red now.

Last week. A small ocellaris snow clown fish. Would an ocellaris clown fish attack him like that?

Well, it is not definitive. It sounds possibly like a parasite but not for certain. The picture is unclear at best, however if I were to speculate it may be uronema. A better picture would help.

If it is uronema, the sticky has diagnosis and treatment information. Uronema is very similar to brook but treatment is the same.

Should I remove him out of the tank and quarantine him?

He has had it for over a week now. He still swims and eats well. Does not appear like he has lost weight either. And my other fish don't show any signs of it.

Today he is not as active. Came out to eat once this morning but has been hiding most of the day behind rock. I added garlic and vitamin C to food yesterday and today. I'm worried though. Other fish seem to be doing great.

Good day today. He is active, eating well and looks like the mark on his body is healing. Waay smaller. I dosed his food now for three days with garlic solution and vitamin C and it seems to be helping.
