Water changes, skimming??

I have a 12 gal aquapod, have been doing 1 - 2 gal water change each week. I do not have a skimmer and was wondering if I put on a skimmer could I cut back to 1 gal water change every other week. would like to hear your opinions.

A skimmer is fine, you could cut back on the W.C.

The nano-forum might have some information on appropriate skimmers. If there are any good ones for that size tank, then I agree that you could likely cut back on water changes. I don't run a skimmer on my 12g, so I can't help much more.
