Water changes while dosing vodka/ vinegar?

Started dosing vodka and vinegar to my tank 2 weeks ago and have not yet dialed in the daily dose needed... Still adding .04 ml more per week.

Should I do a water change before I get the correct dose or will it mess up the progress I have made??

I don't think water changes will cause any problems. I'd keep up with the regular schedule.

I don't think anyone knows for sure, but extra water changes might help remove any extra bacterial or organic buildup in the water.

I usually do an extra vodka dose after a water change. It's killed my nitrates. It did take a little more than the amounts they show on the chart but it worked
