Water Chemistry Test

I thought I would try out this professional water chemistry test service. I think the results are hit or miss. It shows my calcium and K being low. I tested the water I sent to them with my own kits. I came up with 430 calcium and K around 350 to 400. I also had a magnesium of around 1500. I just got done doing a hyper saturation of Kent tech m to kill some bryopsis. All the other test where were I assumed they would be.

There have been issues with AWT testing in the past. I'd stick with the results from your own kits, although a second opinion might be useful if there's signs of a problem.

I know calcium is good. I have three different kits with all similar results. I only have a kz potassium kit. Never really liked it. I have some unused k balance I might throw in to see if corals react to it. Ie montiporas

I would not rely on either the potassium or calcium numbers from them as they seem to have had issues in the past with those. Nothing else is a concern, if accurate. :)

I thought I would give it a try. I was chasing a problem with my aquarium. I ended up restarting my tank with all new live rock because I did something to my biological process when I stopped zeovit.
