Water clarity

Still not making much progress on this its really aggravating me my water is crystal clear except these little white specks from across the room it looks great up close looks terrible changed socks twice this week and finally got my skimmer dialed in (it was too deep) running great and pulling dark skim now what any suggestions
I haven't he sump turning over about 300 gph which is like 5 times tank per hour

Do you dose 2 part could it be precipitation your seeing. I live in the south end of Hartford near Silas dean highway if you want me to come over shoot some pics for the gang to analyze

What UV system are you guys using?

I would love some photos I tried with my DSLR but can't make it work I am in rocky hill

I was dosing but I quit thinking that might be the problem

No UV I don't have any more space in the sump its a 2x2 cube

Also having a cyano break out which makes no sense considering I am running gfo

With alk that high that might be your problem. Has your sand bed hardened or solidified like concrete in places

No my sand bed was getting blown all over the place that is what precipitated this problem
