Water Flow While Anemone Splits

As I type, my RBTA is in the middle of splitting. My water flow is geared more towards SPS, but where my RBTA is, it's waving like a flag in a breeze. I have a 60 gallon tank with four Koralias; two 750s that are always on, and two 1400s that that turn on/off opposite of one another.

My question is.. would turning off both of my 1400s overnight make it easier/less stressful for it while it is splitting, or would I be okay with leaving my powerheads on in their current configuration?

Not an expert by any means but ive found that everything in my tank does better the less i mess with it and over think things. I'd leave it as is.
