water level controller 5017

I have had my water level controller for several months now. Yesterday, while the brain box was NOT calling for it to be on, I noticed that there was water dribbling out of the water line. I even turned the power off and it continued to do it. Then, I pulled the pump out of my RO resivoir and it stopped. Later, put it back in and tried it again and same thing. Any ideas?

Yes, the feed line has to go up the aquarium otherwise it just primes a siphon when the pump comes on. Always run the top off line into the aquarium and not the sump and the reservoir must be below the aquarium.
