Water lines - Anything Special

I'll be plumbing in my Coralife RO/DI unit soon and I need to run about 30' of water line to my topoff station. Is there any special tubing or anything I need to know before I do this? Anything I need to make sure that I don't use? Thanks for the help!

Personally, I'd recommend colored tube to ensure no growth starts via light. I run black.

Some also mention it doesn't hurt to run larger tube on the output if you're going a distance to ensure you aren't changing your ration. That being said, I go 20-30' in the basement without issues.

I have also been told to use polyethylene and not vinyl when plumbing the line.
