Water turnover

I want to upgrade my pump and was wondering what type of turnover rate per hour you guys would suggest from my main tank into my sump and vise versa. How many gallons per hour. It is a 135 gallon reef with a 20 gallon sump.

from the tank to the sump you should just have a drain. for the return around 10x turnover is what people usually go with i think.
