Watts Per Gallon For Zoos...And Protien Skimming.

Hi Guys. I still have my 40G tank setup and I think I am going to keep some fish and maybe some zoos in it.

What kind of lighting setup would be good? I need a 24" fixture for the tank I have.

Also, what kind of filtration would be ideal for this setup? I have an aquaclear on it right now and a 5-6 inch sand bed. I am sure I need a skimmer, but I am not sure what would be ideal for this size tank.

did you save a few pieces of live rock?

I think I have a skimmer that would work fine for a 40g.

I think a 2 x55pc would be enough light..
