When I got home last night I noticed that my wave maker lights were alternating like normal but there was no wave. I pulled the motor to see if it was obstructed and could find nothing. But I also could not turn the impeller with my hand, it was stuck. I was able to gently pull it out with plyers and noticed that it was very warm, actually hot! So I let it cool over night, not knowing what else to do. Today I cant reinsert the impeller. When I run my finger inside the hole of the motor block I can feel there is a bulge on the inner wall.
I have no clue what to do about this, the wave box is only 10 months, and I clean it every quarter. Does anyone have a suggestion?
