Hi Roger,

Hope you had a good New Years.

Finally got my 100Gallon mainly SPS tank up and running. Down sized the 2 x 6100 streams to 2 x 6000 streams. No sand storms at all even at 100%.

Looking at the wave box, tank is fitted with a standard corner overflow with a durso standpipe. Will this type of over flow handle the wave OK?

Also does the wave box have to run length wise or can i mount it on the back so it faces the front?

What size wave could i expect in a tank of this size.

The wave has to run lengthwise, 3/4" would be the biggest wave possible in a 4ft tank. The overflow should be fine, but may be a bit noisy.
