Wavebox backorders?

I have had my wavebox on backorder through premium aquatics for some time now. The keeping saying that the hold up is on your end. Thought i'd see for myself if what they are telling me is true.

Yes, we are behind but they shipped some to me this week so hopefully soon we will get back on top of the orders.
