Wavebox Driver Letting out Loud Beep

My month old wavebox keeps letting out this loud beep. Probably 10 times daily on average. Not sure why it is doing it, it works fine all day, photo cell works fine, controller works fine, but it keeps letting out this beep noise once every hour or two.

Is this normal?

You probably need to clean the pump.

It is a month old and the pump spins fine.

I thought of that earlier in the week and toothbrushed it anyhow, but it is still letting out the beep. Thanks for the heads up though.

Double check the hole in the center of the magnet and that the magnet is not stuck to the upper bearing. Also be sure the bush bearing is firmly inserted and the brake shoes are not damaged. In general this sort of beeping is because something is sticking. Even if only a month old if you run above 400ppm calcium, a high pH or a KH above 12 it can happen that they get fouled, fine sand also aggrevates this.
