The wavebox is generally not a good source of flow on it's own. It is a great addition to a good directional current from other powerheads but outside of some specialty set ups of filter feeders or anemones, I would start with a base of a couple of good powerheads and add the wavebox, 2 6105's and a 7096 would be a better initial investment, if you went with the wavebox the Mp-40 and one other pump should be used.
The bottom line is the wavebox creates a wave, if you have ever been to a sea shore or large lake the sand you kick up just washes back and forth and largely goes no where unless a current carries it away. The wavebox will do just that, things wash back and forth, they lift and suspend, but something has to sweep that to the filter or overflow.
