Wavebox instructions?

I have lost my wavebox instructions and after taking mine out to clean it i need to reset it up and i cant seem to get a wave.

this is a standard 180 gallon can anyone tell me about where the pulse should be or where i can download the instructions?

Just remember the keep to setting it is patience. tiny adjustments and give it a few minutes between each. It is easy to pass up the sweet spot
