Wavebox or not?

Im toying with the idea of getting a Tunze wavebox.
This will be in a 120 gal ero braced tank 46" x 24" x 24"
Will this work in a 120? or am I wasting my money?

And I have a little over 1/2" of space from water level to the top of the tank

The wave would be about 1/2- 3/4" I think you would need to lower the water level for it to be feasible.

Yinger has wavebox in his 120G. It rocks. You should check out his video somewhere in southern cal forum.

Lowered it to 3/4" just about all I can lower it,
Would that be enough? I dont want water everywhere

castlerock, reefer714 actually readjusted my pulse and now my wave is close to 1.5 inches... moves a lot more than in that old video haha.
