wavebox power supply not working

Good evening,



I am contacting you re the power supply for my Wavebox not giving power to the motor (and wavebox not working). The model is 9935, order number 6101.240. The 24v fuze is not being lit up. It did not get wet.


I am a loyal customer and have 2 6105 pumps (18v fuze in the power supply), 6095 pump, and several 6025 all currently running. (switched to you from Ecotech.


Is there a way for me to check what is wrong with it? Any suggestion is appreciated. My corals are a-crying
