wavebox pump "click"

Hi Roger

I have a wavebox pump, the newer style similar to the 6205, that constantly "clicks" when it starts up. I clean the pump and the click restarts within a day or so. The small black bushing is on the shaft at the back of the prop and the pump is clean/calcium free. Any ideas how to get this to stop? The wavebox is mounted in an external built in box within my tanks overflow and has another wavebox pump (older style with the silver driver) that doesn't have any problems with start stop. A tunze 7096 controller runs them.

I would bet the part 3005.740 will solve this, this was a new part upgrade over the 6065.792 disk that came out last fall.

that looks like it will do the trick. Do I just order it off of the website? Also, do you have the part number for the little blue silicone ends for the titanium shafts, one is looking pretty worn (probably from the prop smacking against it everytime it starts).

You can't usually get the blue bushings seperate, if you order that part and PM me the order number I can throw in a slightly used good one.
