Wavebox Running constant?

Roger,
So i woke up this morning and my new wavebox is just running constant. The controller is flashing like it should be pulsing but isnt. I ran the Tunze program and turned all the powerheads and wavebox off and the weird thing is the wavebox would run by itself for say 20 seconds then turn off for 3-5 seconds, then back on. WEIRD...i checked and everything is DRY, all the power supplys and electronics are in a seperated area away from where they could get water on them. Any ideas?

I would try the slave cable of the controller. The most likely culprit is a break in the controller cable but it could also be the pump.

So i know we talk briefly but I have the 7096 controller. So here is what i did when i got home, I unplugged one of my 6105s and plugged it into the 3-4 port and it pulsed like the wavebox should. Then i took a new cable and plugged it into the 3-4 port to the wavebox connection, still know change (just ran constant). So i then said well i dont know...I hooked up the original cable from the controller to the pump and about 20 seconds afterwards the wavebox started working correctly. Realy WEIRD... I think its the pump in the box but for now it is working like it should. I will keep in touch.

You might double check that there is nothing in the pump and that the prop is not binding on the shaft due to some fine debris or calcium deposits. This can cause the pump to stall out.
