Wavebox settings - 225 gal

My wavebox arrives tomm. and I will be hooking it up to a 7094 controller. There are two 6100s currently setup on pulse 30/100 alternating. Can I connect the wavebox to either channel one or two? Also, should I change the interval and mode settings?

If you use interval when that channel is off, the wavebox is off. If you want to use it so it is off part of the day then this is the best way to hook it up, be sure to change the jumpers in the wavebox controller to extern. Otherwise just use it stand alone since connecting it will do nothing.
