roger the control box for wavebox no lights light up this is a new box you sent me not long ago dont think it is power supply beacuse power is comming from it what could it be now
How have you confirmed that the power supply is putting out power, is it putting out 24V DC when tested with a voltmeter? The power supply is the most likely culprit as a dead pump usually will have a lit up controller.
