Wavebox ?

Is the Wavebox all I would need for good water flow in a 150, 72x18x24. Aside from the return from the sump that is.

You'll still need more direct flow. If your return was strong enough you would be fine. A wavebox and 6100 would work.

The wavebox flow is just a rocking motion and it is nice in addition to other flow because it lifts and suspends detritus and gets water movement to hard to reach places but some directional flow is needed.
