I live in south australia and the only zoo's they sell are the brown ugly ones. 
we only get brown zoo's in sth australia

helio, youre not looking hard enough, colorful zoos are everywhere but you haveto be at the store the day the corals come in (preferably the hour) otherwise youre left picking over the levftovers.
Yes my ugly, we have acans for cheap, people are not that into them here though. (except a few diehards).

Don't be discouraged. Here are a picture of my once browned zoos that the fish store sold them at the bargain bin. The cool part about browned zoos are that you don't know what they will color up to.
As you can see they aren't brown anymore. It took a while but the ugly duckling turned into a swan.
