Weak 6000??

Just got one of my 6000's yesterday, Its hook up to the multi controller with both settings set on max. Put it in the tank, pluged it in and it blows about the same as my azoo 2500(660 GPH @ 0` head). Is there anything I should check?

Yes...make sure that the "set screw" on the blue driver box is turned all the way to the highest setting.

Also, does the 6000 run at full tilt if it is not plugged into the controller?

The screw setting on the box is maxed out. It runs the same regardless if its plugged into the controller or not. When it changes from 30% to 100% you can see a differences but its not pushing any harder then a azoo at 100%.

The pump covers a 4ft by 2ft area, it is a wide low pressure flow so it may not have any more reach then your azoo.
