Sweet! I'm one of only 125 in my whole zip code to have lost power. Its my lucky day!
Time to go buy that lotterty ticket.

So far, so good, not a flicker, But I think we are going to be just on the outside edge of this..
As stated before, God's country.

i didn't even know there were 125 in caseyville

According to Ameren there are 3444 households with power on a good day. I'm guessing 3443 of them just traded in their kerosene lamps and coal stoves in the past year. :mixed:

Seriously though, Caseyville is alright but I don't really live in town. I'm on the far east edge of the city limits, kinda out in the country, and part the O'Fallon school district. I'm not really sure why I have a Caseyville address. The west side of Caseyville is practically Washington Park, not the greatest of areas.

Weird at 9 o'clock I posted this

Tree's are starting to look like they did the 1st week in Dec.. All iced up but not hanging to the ground like last time.
At 10:30 it warmed up and melted all that a way but was still raining.

And now. It looks like it did at 9 o'clock

Lots of moisture down in Arkansas and the low wont come through until Sunday night so going to be a long weekend.

Amerun count at 105,000. Alton area looks to be over 50% out of power

Lots of ice in Wentzville. All of the trees are bent over. I think we have more ice this time than we did with the last one. Still have power, tho....that's what counts!!
