Web Browsers connecting to the Profilux

The purpose of this post is to get an idea what browsers folks are using with the Profilux, I'm a 100% Mac home now and I'm not having much luck with Firefox or Safari, IE seems to work, but who uses IE anymore? (no one on a Mac!)

I have even tried the open in IE tab for firefox, so far no luck this that either.


This is what I get with Safari and Firefox...

Is anyone else having success with a different browser?

I've had same issue, try chrome.

Thanks BRW, I tried the lastest version of Chrome and it doesn't load for me either, it just spins, if I hit refresh it disconnects from the profilux webserver.

Hi,

are you using firmware 5.07? This fixed issues with some browsers.

I just tested it again with IE, Safari and Mozilla, and I couldn't find a problem.

This way you will get answers from the people that develop the product. The RC forum is not frequented at all by the GHL support team as it is a marketing avenue, the GHL global support forum offers all access to GHL directly.

I'm trying, my password is bad, I can't figure out how to reset it, I'm sure it says on the page some place but that page is not in English. I setup another profile a couple of days ago and am now waiting for them to activate it...

FYI the GHL page points you to this forum as well for tech support.

Yup, I'm on the 5.07 beta firmware, is it working on something other than IE for you?

IE 8
FF 3.6

Specifically the 'Console' page loads, correct?

yes in the latest firmware the console loads correct. In version prior to that there was a few issuess

Interesting update, I sent the think to three people, two of them it works fine, the third is having the same issue as me...
