Web page lighting question

Hello,

I am going to purchase some lighting items from you. Your web page is a little confusing.

1. The lights are: IceCap 48 inch VHO Retrofit Kit - 4 Lamps, item number ICK484. Your website states it includes an IceCap 660 ballast. On the same page just below the lamps, there is a $20 charge to upgrade to an IC660 Ballast. Does the IceCap 48 inch VHO Retrofit kit include a 660 balast or is there a $20 charge to upgrade?

2. The lamp listed above includes 4 bulbs. When I add 2 more bulbs to my cart, the $21.50 "special Lamp Fee" still applies. If I purchase a total of 6 bulbs, should that not switch to totally free shipping?

That only applies to the 2 bulb kit. The 3 and 4 bulb kits come with the 660. There seams to be a little clitch in computer programing on the shipping. We can edit the shipping for you when you place your order.

There is a glitch in the ordering system. I did order a total of 6 light bulbs and texted in the message to please edit the shipping charges. The bulbs arrived in excellent condition and the shipping charges were not charged to my credit card. Thanks for a smooth transaction.
