Website change

Folks,

We will be switching over to the new version of the website ande changing hosts so slash.org will most likely be unavailable for a day or two while the new DNS address gets propagated throughout the internet.

The new site will be using a database instead of a flat file for the user info and we will have to manually enter the user info into the database.

In order to guarantee that your ID is included in the database ( and to guarantee that we have the right information ), we request that all paid members of SLASH send an email to admin@slashclub.net from the email address that you registered with us when you joined. Please include in the email the password that you wish to use for the new membership area.

I have logged in to the site and there are some things that are not working correctly. I've been trying to get in touch with Mark but with him being a newlywed I think he may have other plans for the weekend.

The website is fine, so email the admin@slashclub.net with your email and password that you want.

Also there is a small forum on the new website, but it does not work with the current database so you will have to register into the forum with an ID and password that is different from the main club website.

I just tried to login using your ID and password and it worked fine!

Don't forget that you have to use your email address as your userID to login now.
