COMAS Rocks!
Currently I'm only housing a 55g reef tank (as far as saltwater goes) And i've had my fair share of troubles getting my fishies to eat certain foods. My coral beauty is the best as far as eating whatever goes in the tank, weather it be flakes, pellets, frozen cubes, or my finger (he tastes a little, I think he's waiting for me to rippen) Anyways, my clownfish only eat the frozen cubes and pellets, don't care for flakes. Now to my trouble fish - pair of bangaii cardinals, I was under the impression these fish readily eat prepared foods and are easily weened onto them. Well, mine are stubborn, only eating frozen mysis or frozen brine shrimp, nothing else I've tried works for their particular palatte. Now considering these are only a cheap pair of fish I picked up, and will soon be upgrading to a 150g with lots more fishies, I want to make sure I can ween them properly onto a wide variety. Advice?Tips?Help? anyone?
(I've tried Garlic Gaurd, it makes all my fish at least taste the morsels soaked in it, but they usually spit the food right back out after sucking the garlic off!)
