Weird bubbles on my war coral?

My war coral has these very strange bubbles underneath the tissue.. I fed it today around 3 and it was fine.. I came home from work at 8 and now it has almost 10 bubbles...

I dont know if this is new skeletal growth or if its a disease. has anyone else experienced something like this?

yup here ya go

They tend to do that if they're getting too much light...or if there were other issues (oxygenation, etc.)

They'll go away on their own...usually not a problem.

From that picture, my guess would be oxygen being produced through photosynthesis. (algae growth)

JMO.

ok that makes sense. those bubbles were gone this afternoon so everythings good. good to know its not harmful. THANK YOU! :)

My war coral did that same thing last night as well right after feeding them. The bubbles went away by this morning today. I have seen the whole flesh surrounding the eye swell up before which was fine, and I have seen the whole frag swell up a few days after feeding it. Seems to be normal. I have mine under fairly intense light and I am seeing good growth with regular feedings. Keeping the size of the food small seems to help.
