Weird bulb on my Spotted Mandrian

ok so this small white blotch appared on her side about 2 weeks ago and I wasn't quite sure what it was but shes been acting normal and eating so I was just doing observations then yesterday I noticed above one of her eyes another white blotch was starting to appear and today Its like a big zit above her eye. Shes still acting normal and eating. What is this and what can I do?

That's bacterial. It's going to look weird, because they have a monstrous thick slime coating, but I'd pull her to qt and treat her with broadspectrum antibiotic. Read the specs carefully, make sure there's no exclusion for dragonets. She should recover handily.
Mandys are easy to catch by flashlight: they sleep in the open on the sand.
