weird question

so i want a rimless. and i've heard about fish jumping. so i see this scenario...

a fish jumps, i'm working, and my dog is there to eat the fish (he'll eat anything).

here's my question... what fishes, if eaten, do yall think can harm a dog? i'm thinking spikey and stingy ones. are they certain poisonous fishes that i should be weary of?

Venemous yes...rabbitfish and lionfish come to mind. If you're worried about it, rather than just letting the dog eat them, put a lid on the tank. (pond netting or bird netting etc.)

I had a ocellaris clown disapear and a dog that vomitted the next day. I'm still not certain if the two are related...

Perhaps rimless wasn't the way to go?
