Weldon 16

Anybody have a tube they want to sell? Only place I have found it locally is Regal Plastics and they had a 20 buck minimum order and I don't need that much glue lol.

OR I have a bunch of 15 minute epoxy. So if that is reef safe in everyone's opinion I will use that. I am needing the thicker stuff to fill some gaps and help bond. It will be acrylic to acrylic and mainly set with Weldon 4, but my cuts aren't perfect and some gaps need a fillin' :)

Yes it is for the baffles on my all in one 55. Need to fill in along the gaps where the baffles meet the false wall and also where I cut out the slots in the baffles to fit over the plumbing. I would love to use the epoxy if I can get away with it since I have it already. I am figure it should be ok but better to check. I would use the weldon if I need to go buy it though. My DIY skills are less than stellare when cutting straight lines with a dremel lol. But it is going to killer when it is done.

I don't have any left, but I bought a 5 oz. tube off the we last month for about $6 plus shipping and had it within a day and a half.

I haven't tried them caesura, did they have a min order price?

So is regualr 15 minute epoxy reef safe? I would prefer to use that them go buy more glue lol. It will have plenty of cure time before it hits water.

You can make it yourself. Just mix Weldon 4 with acrylic shards leftover from cutting. It works great and you can make what ever consistency you need

I stopped buying weldon 16 after I figured this out. Now I just mix up what ever I need for the project. Saves a few $$$
