Well my Onyx female decided to jump into my overflwo last night. Anyone have any cool technique to get her out, 60G cubes with a rear overflow it kinda of sucks trying to get a hand in there.... I might have to suction her out if push comes to shove... lol

I had this happen quite a while ago before an upgrade that closed my overflow to jumpers. I took a small net and bent it and caught the fish that way. Another idea that I saw here on RC was to slowly fill the overflow with sand until the fish was in easy reach. Then you just have to siphon the sand out. Try the easy way first, of course. Post a picture of your overflow for ideas on how to prevent this in the future. I took care of mine this way:

Try removing the drain pipe, if you're luck the surge of water will suck the clown into your sump where you can catch it more easily.

the same happend to me with my nanos, my wife has tiny hands and she got them out, a couple times already. get one of your children to do it.

can you send her down the overflow to your fuge? I have had seahorses make this trip and be ok.......

Yeah the bad part about the 60G the overflow is not on the bottom but towards the top on the back, freaky design by Marineland. As of today she is still back there I didn't have time yesterday to get her out, but I am sure this week will not make it any better since I have a busy week and an even busier weekend... YIKES
