Went on vacation came back to sick fish

I went on vacation on June 5th. Came back the 14th to find heater, day light, and filter off. My gf accidentally unplugged it. The only thing that looked unhealthy was my Duncan coral. All my fish looked fine yesterday and today. Tonight when I got home one of my fish showed signs of ich and not doing so good. Transferred to my QT tank. Planning on starting treatment Tomm since I was stupid and ran out of copper. Thoughts on should I treat all my fish by putting in QT since I have inverts and corals can't really treat DT with chemicals.

I have 55gal corner with 100lbs live rock 60lbs live sand. 3 fish 2 stars urchin CUC. Cleaner shrimp and Duncan coral.

Your fish had Ich even before you went on vacation. The stress of uncomfortable temps (no heater), lack of oxygen (no filter) just exasperated the situation and made their symptoms worse/more visible. If you put them all back in the DT now, this back & forth cycle will forever continue. So, being you already went thru the trouble of catching all your fish and putting them in a QT... I would treat them and leave your DT fallow for at least 9 weeks. After this experience, QT all your future fish purchases and you won't ever have to go thru this again. :)
