Wet Dry Filter/Sump for sale

Anyone who wants to come by and watch me try and assemble some $1000 worth of equipment , that I have amassed over the last 2 months is welcome.

It's gonna be so much fun.

I just picked up a 3/4 EMT conduit bender , going to make a pole to hang my light from ( since my apartment won't allow me to do otherwise)

I think bc of the way it is made I can't put two bends close enough together to get the bar where I want it , looks like I am going to have to connect it to the side of the tank instead of running it from the back like I wanted to. The string marks the point at which it needs to be bent again.

I wanted it like this , but when I try to put the last bend on the pipe , it won't work , I can't get a bend so close to another bend.

there is a guide on the side of the bender that tells you how many inchs of pipe it takes to make the bend i believe 3/4 '' pipe with a 90 degree bend uses up about 5 to 6 ''

I've got it almost like I want it. The angle is just slightly off.
Bc of the current shape the pipe wants to turn over whenever I try and finsih the last bend. Trying to figure out a way around it.

Until tommorrow , my living room looks like this. :(

Hoping tommorrow I can get that last bend like I want it , otherwise I am going to have to move the pole mounts to the side of the stand instead of the back. I still have 2 pipes to play with before I go that way.

I have the exact same wet/dry system in use on my 38 g tank. My tank is not drilled. I have the overflow from the tank going into the left hand side of the sump ( with the sealife systems name facing you). In the right side, I have my coralife superskimmer totally in the sump along with the return pump. Since I have a top on my tank, with the lights mounted on that, my fuge is mounted on the back of the tank. This has worked well for me for 4 years. Good luck. Vicki
