Wet side relplacement

Hello,

I had bought a MP40 with driver from MD on 15th May'09.My order no is 100526579 under the name of Haksar.The dry side keeps falling off and I was asked to replace the wet side to solve this issue by Ectotech.Please advise when can you send me the replacement and is there any formalities to be completed to send it for me to Dubai.
