wetside falling off

One of my 2 months old vortech keep falling, why is this happening and how can I fix it?

The most common causes for this seem to be a bound wet side, incorrect pin spacer setting, or loose wires at the motor's connector. Please look into these possible causes and then email us at service@ecotechmarine.com
