What a loon

jesse, would you please come to MA and take pics of my song birds? all of the summer birds are back except the indigo buntings and try as i might, i can't get decent pics because #1, i don't have a fancy camera and #2, i suck at taking pictures! just to prove my point...

Great captures Jesse, really like the RW Blackbird photo, great perch and pose. Not sure if there is a bird that is higher on my favorites list than the loon.
 
Yellow-headed blackbird one of my favorites. I saw them once in California on Clear Lake.

Yes, I see them when I'm fortunate enough to fish there. I like how their call is different from the red winged blackbird's.
