I have one lucky blenny let me tell you. I was at work yesterday when my phone rang. It was my youngest daughter who was home because school was canceled. On the other end she was crying and very upset. Dad the blenny is dead on the floor all dried up. Crap I thought and said ok pick it up before the cat gets it. Yes a cat. Well all the planets must have been aligned as she was home the cat was in her room till she walked out there but is usually out there with the dogs. So she went to pick it up and as she touched it she said it moved dad. So I said pick it up and as she did it started flopping around. It’s alive she said. I said ok put it in the tank. It swam to the bottom she said. I thought it will be lucky to make it. Got home put some nori on the clip and wala swam up and bit off a one big chunk after another. Seems fine this morning as well. Just thought I’d share a story about a carpet surfer with a good ending for a change.
I hope my jawfish don't do that lol
