Here's a week I would like to forget quickly,. Wednesday night while at work, wife calls to say the tank isn't making any noise( ie the return pump quit) nothing like 12:30 in the am replacing a pump. Thursday, while at home i smell something burning, vho end cap burnt up. And today, after doing a water change, a seio pump wouldn't restart .

That sucks man. At least it was just equipment failures and not irreplaceable animals. You should read about the guys whose 500g tank got flushed with fresh water from an autotop off gone really wrong. I think Al has the link somewhere.
