I have a very large gold bar maroon and I'd like to get an anemone for it. The fish is over 5", so I know I need a large anemone. Any suggestions about the best type and size I should look for?
The best type is a BTA (Entacmaea quadricolor). You will need to get one that is twice the length of the maroon, so about 10 inches across. They get even larger than that sometimes, but that size is not too easy to come by.
