what are some unusual traits in a zoanthid/paly

Hi,

I am courious what would be considered unusual traits in a healthy zoanthid or paly. Perhaps it is a color, size,or combination of colors. Personally, I have seen very few healthy zoanthids that were yellow or white. Also, for a time the rarity of double skirted zoa's was being debated. So come on, give me some ideas.

I've had a zoanthid in my tank actually develop a second skirt row. I first noticed it when I saw some weird bumbs arond the mouth opening. Over time the skirt started growing in length as it slowly edged outward towards the perimeter. I would never have believed it if I didn't see it myself.
