funny you say that as in Aus we majority (99%) get wild and in tanks with correct params can flourish for years. I agree however that frags are much heartier.

Im not saying it can't be done. But keep in mind that many tanks such as that one look great for a picture and weeks later all is gone and replaced with new colonies.

I never had that much trouble with wild colonies, but I gotta say, most people in Toronto could but that tank together in one big shipment weekend. Those colonies do not look that old at all.
